Fullstack Developer with TypeScript/NextJS/NestJS at a hugely successful AI automation startup based in London with significant funding.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning problems end to end — talking to users, deciding what matters, designing, shipping, and measuring.
- Building systems that turn voice notes, photos, and videos into finished reports.
- Engineering how we feed context to AI models: storing, fetching, and selecting standards, reports, media, and user intent.
- Evolving our workflow builder — think Retool meets Webflow meets n8n, for inspections.
- Designing the architecture: how unstructured data flows through the system, how AI integrates, how offline and online stay seamless, and how the product remains simple as it gets more powerful.
Requirements:
- 4+ years full-stack experience, ideally with TypeScript, NextJS, and NestJS.
- Strong technical foundations, ideally from a top university (Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial, etc.).
- Bonus: founding experience or early-stage startup background — familiarity with the zero to one process.
- Based in London and excited to be in the office five days a week.
