WE Soda in London seeks a Lead, Operational Transformation & Portfolio Management to establish and run the portfolio framework across Operations, Engineering, Sustainability, Maintenance, Technical Services and R&D. You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, delivering through influence and AI-enabled workflows.
The role reports to the COO, collaborates with regional managers in Türkiye and US, and drives the global portfolio view for priorities, risks, budgets and progress.
