As we continue to expand, we are looking for a hands-on and driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations.

The Role

This is a key leadership position managing a team of 4 people and responsible for overseeing and improving all aspects of the supply chain, including inventory control, supplier management, logistics, and warehouse operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring supplier compliance, full product traceability, and robust stock control processes in line with BRC requirements, while supporting the business through a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the warehouse, stock control and supply chain Team, fostering a high-performing and accountable team culture.
  • Set KPIs and monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback, coaching and corrective actions when needed; run regular meetings to align on priorities and progress and to guide the Team through operational challenges.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 PDR meetings with the team members to build positive relationships, set clear direction and goals, offer support and ensure key performance objectives are met.
  • Build and develop the Team using Competence Framework and clearly defined training plans to ensure full competence around the individual roles, systems, processes and best practice.
  • Collaborate with other departments like production, customer experience, machinery, sales and finance. Act as a bridge between teams to avoid silos and lead collaboration to resolve bottlenecks and improve flow of goods and information.
