Prime Objectives of the position:
To be able to demonstrate competently the Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation of assembly, design & development of the We Seal machinery products to a high level, whilst working to all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of We Seal machines to the correct specification, including the following:
- The assembly of sub-assemblies
- Fitting sub-assemblies to the machine
- The building of the electrical panel
- Wiring the machine
- Loading the software onto the PLC and HMI’s
- Creation of other ancillary electrical components
- Fitting and testing of pneumatic components
- Setting and testing the machine
- Building sub-assemblies for dispatch to customers
- The upgrade and refurbishment of machines
- Challenge existing processes and strive to improve standards and maximise performance.
- Cooperate and share knowledge with the Team members and Line Manager to help build and improve systems and existing processes, including the developing and updating of procedures.
- Report any H&S observation and quality matters directly to the Machinery Manager and/or HSEQ Lead.
