We are working with a well-established residential developer with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality homes across East Anglia. Due to the launch of a brand-new development, they are looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join their team on a flagship scheme in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a long-term project of approximately 350 homes, offering strong earning potential and career progression within a supportive and growing business.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales on-site and delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full sales process from enquiry to exchange and completion
- Delivering high levels of customer service at all stages of the buying journey
- Conducting viewings and demonstrating show homes
- Managing the CRM system and maintaining accurate records
- Working to sales targets and achieving KPIs
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams
- Ensuring the marketing suite and show homes are presented to a high standard
