Role: Senior CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer Location: Remote working (projects across Yorkshire/ North East) Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + excellent benefits package Sector: Property & Construction consultancy WRG is supporting a property & construction consultancy that has been established for over 30 years. The business is looking to hire an experienced CDM/ Principal Designer to oversee a diverse portfolio of property & construction projects (residential, education, public sector, leisure, education, office and retail). The role would be focused around Yorkshire/ North East, where our clients key relationships are based. The role would suit an experienced CDM/ PD professional who wants to work autonomously and manage their own projects/ client base, you will be comfortable in a client facing environment and demonstrate leadership qualities.
