We Recruit Group has partnered exclusively with an independent property & construction consultancy that has a network of offices based across the UK. The business has been operating for 30 years, delivering both project management and building surveying services to their clients across the built environment.
They have ambitious plans for the future and have recently appointed a Head of CDM/ PD to lead a new department. They are now looking to hire a Building Regs Principal Designer to work closely with the Head of service and further grow and develop this new department. This is a critical hire for the business and they would like to appoint an experienced, competent, client facing professional who has previously worked within a consultancy environment.
The role has been created off the back of the changes happening in the industry related to the Building Safety Act, and the business wanting to integrate their PD and BSA service offering to help their clients navigate these changes.
