Role: H&S/ CDM Advisor Location: Reading (projects across Berkshire and surrounding regions) Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + car allowance + attractive benefits package Sector: Property & Construction Consultancy WRG is excited to be once again supporting one of the UKs leading property & construction consultancies who are looking to appoint an ambitious H&S/ CDM professional to their team in Reading. Our client has huge growth plans for the year ahead, they have already invested heavily within their H&S/ Compliance team and now requires a competent H&S professional to join their West Midlands office. The H&S/ CDM Advisor would cover a diverse portfolio of property & construction projects (commercial, residential, healthcare, education, retail, industrial) across the region. The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary environment where they will be working alongside Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Civil Engineers to offer a H&S/ CDM service to a portfolio of clients, the business supports Architects, Residential developers and Tier One Contractors on these projects to ensure CDM and H&S compliance.
