This is a multi-site role suited to a confident, pragmatic H&S professional who is comfortable working independently, engaging with stakeholders and providing practical health and safety support across non-construction environments.
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day health and safety consultancy support across a number of operational sites, helping to ensure safe working practices, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Reviewing and updating health and safety policies, procedures and documentation.
- Supporting site teams with practical H&S advice and guidance.
- Identifying hazards, non-compliance and areas for improvement.
- Producing clear reports with recommendations and action plans.
- Supporting incident investigations where required.
- Engaging with managers and operational teams to promote a positive safety culture.
- Ensuring compliance.
