Salary:£50,000 - £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance

The business employs more than 500 surveyors, engineers, project managers, ESG consultants and technical specialists across the UK and Europe. It works with owners, occupiers, developers and funders throughout the property lifecycle, providing independent, practical advice across both the private and public sectors.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced CDM professional who would like to gain exposure to a varied portfolio of commercial property projects while learning from an experienced and supportive consultancy team.
The Role
You will support the delivery of Health & Safety and CDM services across offices, residential developments, retail properties and industrial buildings.
Operating as Principal Designer, CDM Advisor and Advisor to the Principal Designer, you will work closely with clients, contractors and design teams to identify and manage foreseeable construction and design risks.
