Role: Senior CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer
Location: Remote working (projects across Yorkshire/ North East)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + excellent benefits package

WRG is supporting a property & construction consultancy that has been established for over 30 years. The business has won numerous awards for the quality of their work and how they treat their employees. The business is looking to hire an experienced CDM/ Principal Designer to oversee a diverse portfolio of property & construction projects (residential, education, public sector, leisure, education, office and retail). The role would be focused around Yorkshire/ North East, where our clients' key relationships are based.
The role would suit an experienced CDM/ PD professional who wants to work autonomously and manage their own projects/ client base. You will be comfortable in a client-facing environment and demonstrate leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Offer a variety of health & safety/ CDM services to a diverse client base.
- Oversee design risk registers and ensure that they are updated on a regular basis as projects progress.
- Carry out design risk reviews, along with design team meetings and offer input regarding safety in design.
