WRG is excited to partner with an independent CDM/ PD practice that is based in Oxford. Our client has developed an excellent reputation over the years and they have become an established consultancy within the property & construction space offering CDM, H&S, Principal Designer and BSA services to clients. The business is looking to hire an experienced CDM Site Inspector to their team of likeminded safety & compliance professionals (team sat at 12). The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the South East. They work on multimillion pound projects up to the value of £500m, this includes schemes in the residential, commercial, hotel, leisure, heritage, education, healthcare and education projects. The role would suit an experienced CDM professional from a consultancy background who is looking for the next step in their career and would like to join a dynamic business which is going through an exciting period of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections across London and the Home Counties.
- Provide practical health and safety advice to retained clients.
- Support clients in achieving compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM Regulations).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Liaise with clients, designers, and principal contractors to support compliance and safe project delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation and industry best practice.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not required).
- Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM or similar professional body.
- Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
