We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Maanager to join a residential construction team.
Working on high-quality new-build housing developments, you will be responsible for ensuring homes are completed to the highest standards, ready for customer handover.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in residential housebuilding who takes pride in delivering quality homes and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all finishing works across a busy residential housing development.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Carry out quality inspections and snagging, ensuring defects are rectified promptly.
- Prepare plots for NHBC inspections and customer handovers.
- Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure build programmes are achieved.
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards on site.
- Ensure all plots are completed in line with company quality standards and programme requirements.
- Liaise with Customer Care and Sales teams where required to ensure smooth completions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman within residential housebuilding.
- Strong knowledge of internal and external finishing trades.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and meet tight deadlines.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
