We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join Bellway Homes on a temporary basis for an immediate start in Derby. This is a 6-week assignment initially, with the possibility of further work thereafter, supporting the site team in getting plots over the line for CML and ensuring a smooth finish to the development.
The Role
- Managing day-to-day site operations on a traditional build housing development
- Driving programme and quality to ensure plots are ready for CML
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
- Maintaining high health & safety standards
- Supporting with snagging, completions and customer handovers
- Reporting into the Project Manager/Contracts Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Site Manager for a residential developer
- Strong traditional build housing experience
- Experience delivering plots through to CML/completions stage
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates required
- Strong organisational and communication skills
