- Create compliance trackers to ensure projects are monitored for BSA and Building Regs compliance.
- Support clients with the relevant planning gateways.
- Inspect properties and buildings at key stages of the building process.
- Attend client and design team meetings to offer professional input relating to building regs compliance.
- Provide technical advice to clients, contractors, developers, colleagues, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed in line with current building regulations and legislation.

- Membership to CABE.
- Experience of inspecting buildings and properties.
- Excellent knowledge of the Building Safety Act, building regulations, codes and legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Apply:
Salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000. 25 days holiday allowance. Company pension plan. Private healthcare scheme. Excellent CPD, training and support from day one with the business. Hybrid working environment. Professional membership fees covered. Clear career pathway with opportunities for progression and development.
