Location: Remote working projects across London/ South East

WRG is excited to support an medium sized multi-disciplinary property & construction consultancy that operates across the UK. The business has heavily invested in their health & safety/ CDM team over the last 12 months and they are now in the position to appoint an additional person to the team in London, they have developed an excellent reputation in the sector which has led to them winning repeat work and being appointed on various frameworks.
The company has grown tremendously over the last 10 years, and now boasts a headcount of over 100 construction professionals. They are now looking to appoint a H&S/ CDM professional to join their established safety team and oversee a diverse portfolio of property & construction projects across London and the South East.
Our client typically work on public sector, education (schools/ academies), private developers and commercial projects, to ensure that the projects meet H&S and CDM 2015 compliance. The role would suit someone who has worked for a consultancy offering a range of H&S/ CDM services and is able to liaise with various stakeholders.
Duties:
Offer a variety of health & safety/ CDM services to a diverse client base.
Familiar with all associated documentation relating to CDM 2015 e.g CPPs, PCIs, H&S file etc. and that the documents are updated on a regular basis.
Carry out fire risk assessments where necessary for clients.
Liaise with various stakeholders on projects client, principal contractor, architect and keep them updated in relation to H&S/ CDM matters.
Ensure that RAMS are in place for each project.
Carry out site inspections and accident investigations when required.
Offer other safety services such as working at height, DSE assessments, access audits, legionella inspections, confined spaces.
Develop client relationships and build new ones.
Requirements:
NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General or equivalent.
NEBOSH Fire or equivalent (essential).
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
Member to IOSH, APS, IIRMS or a similar professional body.
Excellent working knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Full UK driving license.
