We are supporting a National Housebuilder recruit to Sales Advisor positions across multiple locations in East Kent, full details below:
- Site locations: Ramsgate, Canterbury, Folkestone
- Working weekly rota: Thursday to Monday, 1 in 8 weekends off (if you opt in)
- Basic salary/OTE earning: Basic is between £30-32k, OTE of between £55-60k
- 25p per mile mileage
- Commission on house extras sold
- Plot commissions are paid monthly
- Exchanges, Completions, Extras bonuses are paid quarterly
- Reservation bonus
