I have an assistant site manager vacancy available in Coseley for a residential developer. All traditional build.

Main duties:

  • Ensuring the safe running of site is key.
  • Responsible for reinforcing the Home Safe procedures.
  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail and proactively ensuring compliance.
  • Supporting in the management of the onsite construction and customer care responsibilities.
  • Ensuring effective compliance, control and deployment of the construction and onsite customer care activities as per company policies and processes.
  • Managing defects post completion in a timely manner, delivering 5* customer satisfaction results.
  • Liaising with all stakeholders and suppliers, both internal and external.
  • Maintaining and establishing relationships, extending to the local communities – engaging and working with local communities.
