We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-end residential retrofit and refurbishment project. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced construction environment working on the transformation of a premium residential property to exceptional standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining programme information, supporting site and consultant teams, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day project administration and reporting
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, meeting minutes, and action logs
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and client representatives
- Support procurement processes and track material deliveries
- Assist with document control, drawing registers, and revision management
- Monitor project progress against programme milestones
- Coordinate site meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Support compliance with health & safety and quality procedures
- Help manage variations, RFIs, and project correspondence
- Ensure high levels of organisation across all project documentation
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Site Coordinator, or Construction Administrator role
- Experience working on residential refurbishment, retrofit, or high-end fit-out projects preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with construction management software/document control systems advantageous
- Professional and confident working with clients and design teams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of residential retrofit works and building regulations
- Understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
- Experience supporting luxury or bespoke residential projects
- Relevant construction or project management qualification
