We Recruit Group Ltd is seeking an Adoptions Engineer/Manager for a housebuilder in the East Midlands.

The role focuses on producing cost effective technical information for sewer adoptions and liaising with Local Authorities on road and sewer adoption schemes to ensure timely, compliant handovers.

You will manage transfer of open spaces to Management Companies, coordinate maintenance works before adoption, and deputise for the Senior Adoptions Engineer as needed.

Up to £58,000 plus benefits.
