Citizens Advice Worcester is seeking a Welfare Benefits Caseworker to join our team in Worcester on a part-time basis (28 hours per week). The role is funded initially until March 2028 with a pro rata salary of Β£22,000βΒ£23,471 per year, depending on experience.
The post involves providing casework across the full range of welfare benefits, preparing and presenting cases to tribunals as required, and supporting clients with calculations, correspondence and calls.
