Overview
We have an exciting opportunity within our Administration Team for administration assistants, working in our Corporate Services Division. The role focuses on providing administration support to a wide range of teams within Wolverhampton Homes and providing an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the provision of a full range of administration and support services, that are essential in the day-to-day effective control of the services.
- Be an active member ensuring successful delivery of the service aims and objectives.
- Provide administration support including note taking, accurately maintaining records, resolving customer enquires using various communication methods.
- Provide high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring that a customer focused front-line service is delivered.
- Work to timescales and deadlines to meet performance indicators.
