Key responsibilities
- The post holder reports to the Estates Business Partner and is responsible for day‑to‑day management of the Site teams in the Midlands hub as directed.
- To support the EBP in the development and implementation of the Midland’s Estates Strategy including the production of Premises Development Plans and site documents.
- To proactively support the Trust in providing a high quality, value for money, safe environment for staff, students and visitors.
- Work with the Academies and lead site teams to ensure compliant and safe environments at all times.
- Support the EBP to effectively manage estates‑related risk across the hubs.
- Support the EBP with the development of staff across the hub by identifying and organising both in‑house and external training programmes.

£41,771.00 – £46,142.00
Hours per week
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Qualifications and Skills
- Facilities Management qualification to Level 4 or above
- Knowledge of Estate Management Software
- Maths and English at Grade C and above, or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively and supportively as a Line Manager and as a key member of the Regional and National teams
