Phoenix is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to undertake Reception duties for the School and provide support to colleagues in the main school office.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, proven ability to work with and relate to young people and colleagues at all levels and be able to work under pressure in a very busy environment, dealing effectively with visitors to the school reception and responding appropriately to telephone queries.
Good IT skills and an aptitude to learn new IT packages are essential
Phoenix is committed to the protection and safety of its students. An enhanced DBS will be required before commencement in the post.
In accordance with Department for Education statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE), Phoenix will conduct an online search of publicly available information as part of due diligence in the Recruitment Clearances process.
