The successful candidate will:

• Have excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Science, with the enthusiasm and expertise to inspire children and colleagues alike.
• Be an outstanding teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality, engaging and exciting Science lessons that develop children’s curiosity and understanding of the world around them.
• Have the vision and leadership skills to lead Science across the school, ensuring a high-quality, progressive and ambitious curriculum from EYFS through to Key Stage 2.
• Be committed to raising standards in Science, monitoring and evaluating teaching and learning, and identifying opportunities for continued improvement.
• Be confident in supporting and developing colleagues, sharing excellent practice and providing guidance and resources to strengthen the teaching of Science across the school.
• Be passionate about children’s learning, development and welfare, putting children at the heart of everything they do.

Grade:Teachers Main Pay to Upper Pay Range - £32,916 - £51,048 p.a. plus TLR2a £2,527
