We are recruiting a Business Support Officer to provide administrative support within the Council’s Development Management teams.

If you have experience in providing administrative support using information technology systems or a relevant qualification and are looking for an opportunity to broaden your horizons and contribute to a forward-thinking organisation, this could be the role for you.

You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn, whilst being able to work with minimal supervision. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines, whilst focussing on delivering good customer service.

In return, you will work in a friendly environment where you will be fully supported in your role whilst having the opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills within a busy planning team. The Council offices are set up for hybrid working, with staff undertaking a mixture of office-based and home working.
