Lunchtime Supervisor Vacancy

Hours: 6.25 hours per week

Monday to Friday, term time only

1 hour 15 minutes each day

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and caring Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at Whetstone Field Primary School.

The role involves:

  • Supervising pupils in the dining hall and playground
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and good table manners
  • Helping children to enjoy a safe, happy and sociable lunchtime
  • Supporting pupils who may need additional help
  • Setting up and clearing away lunchtime areas
  • Responding appropriately to minor accidents and incidents

The successful applicant will enjoy working with children, communicate well and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience of working with children would be helpful, but it is not essential, as guidance and training will be provided.

Salary: Grade G1, SCP 3, Β£3510.23 per annum (Β£12.85 per hour)

Start date: As soon as possible

Closing date: Tuesday 8th September
