We have a history of supporting HLTAs throughhigh-qualityCPD with some moving on to QTS. Our HLTAsare animportantand integral part of our school team who provide PPA cover;initialillness cover (3 days) and small group interventions. Two days are never the same – and that bringsexcitementandenjoyment to the job.
