Bramshall Meadows First School is seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as an Inclusion Support Assistant. This is a term-time only position, plus INSET days, initially until 31/08/2027 but subject to funding, with 32.5 hours per week.

- Supporting the class teacher to deliver our well-designed curriculum and provide regular assessment feedback
About You
- Minimum Level 3 TA qualification
- Previous experience of supporting with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and use initiative when required
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
- Committed to supporting children's learning and development
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, patience and a nurturing approach
