ABOUT US & THE ROLE

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our welcoming primary school community. A willingness to work with pupils on a one-to-one basis, as well as supporting small groups, would be an advantage.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a nurturing, inclusive and supportive school environment, where every child is valued and encouraged to thrive, grow and achieve their very best. You will play an important role in supporting pupils on their learning journey and helping to create a positive environment where children feel happy, confident and ready to learn.

This role is not just about what you will do, but who you are.

We are looking for someone who brings warmth, patience and empathy into every interaction, someone who understands that every child is unique and that progress looks different for every learner. We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a difference to children's lives and who can bring energy, creativity and a positive approach to the classroom.

You will work closely with teachers and pupils, supporting learning in the classroom and helping children to develop their confidence, independence and love of learning.
