Staffordshire County Council is seeking a Quality Intelligence Support Officer as part of the CMAI service. The hybrid role combines home working with council offices, aligned to core hours Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm.

You will focus on quality intelligence, gathering feedback, and coordinating improvements with providers and partners. You will help identify themes, support investigations, share learning, and contribute to safer, higher quality care for adults in Staffordshire.
