We are looking for a qualified lawyer with experience in childcare law to join our busy and supportive team focused on children safeguarding.
Role Responsibilities
- Progress public law childcare cases and attend Court proceedings.
- Manage a caseload under the Children Act 1989 and Adoption and Children Act 2002, including applications for care and Supervision Orders, DOLs, Placement, and Adoption Orders.
- Receive support from Caseworkers for all allocated cases.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical legal experience, with a minimum of 2 years in public law/childcare law.
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive authorized to practice.
