About the Team:
Stratford District Family Help Team are looking for a social worker seeking to make a difference to join our family-focused team based in Stratford Upon Avon. With offices based just outside Stratford Upon Avon town centre the service works with children from 0-18 covering a range of work from supporting families on a Child In Need basis through to child protection, PLO, court work, children in care and adoption.

We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and motivated child focused social workers to help us improve the outcomes for our young people, ensuring their voice is heard and remains central within our decision-making processes. Newly Qualified Social Worker/ASYE/Grade J:
Up to £41,438.00per annum. Including a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement, which is subject to tax and NI deductions – T&C\’s apply. (Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be availableif the relevant policy criteria are met– T&C\’s apply.)
Experienced Social Worker – Grade K:
Up to £52,210.00 per annum. Including a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement which is subject to pension, tax and NI deductions – T&C\’s apply. (Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be availableif the relevant policy criteria are met– T&C\’s apply.)
