Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Learning Support Assistant Level 2 to provide work as part of our SEN support team. This role will involve working with pupils in KS1/KS2 who have an EHCP and need support in order to access the curriculum. The role will include working working with a small group to meet needs of specific children and 1:1, 1:2 if required.
This is a fixed term contract from October 2026, 32.5 hours per week up until 31st July 2027, due to SEN Funding.
This role is suitable for an LSA2 with proven experience of working in a classroom supporting pupils in a 1:1 or small group role in all key stages. Experience of working with groups of SEND pupils and intervention groups is also a requirement.
