We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic site technician to join our team at Westwood College. The school site team helps to ensure that the school premises are safe, secure, clean and well maintained to support the delivery of high-quality education for pupils. This will include overseeing site security, building maintenance, health and safety, compliance and supporting school events.
The Trust comprises 9 schools within and around the town of Leek in the Staffordshire Moorlands, which includes Westwood College and Leek High School. The Trust promotes high aspirations and excellence for all; our aim is to develop a strong partnership between academies, students, and the wider community to secure an outstanding learning experience for everyone. We have high expectations and strive to create independent learners fit for the demands of the 21st Century.
Although based at Westwood College, you will develop links with and work alongside other schools within the Trust and you may be expected to work at another location. Through this role and by supporting all areas of the school, you will enable us to deliver the best education possible to our students. We expect our staff to be highly motivated, determined and caring.
