Shire Services are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking Senior Catering Manager to support a cluster of 7 schools in the Birmingham area.

Duties include: Food preparation, stock management, management of kitchen team, food presentation and service set up. compliance and allergen management.

Monday - Friday between 8am - 2pm. Term time only plus 3 additional cleaning days.

30 Hours and 44.98 Weeks Per Year.
