Salary:Scale 3 – £12.85 per hour (32.5 hours per week / 8.30 – 3.30)

Due to the increase in pupil numbers, the Governing Body of Sir Alexander Fleming Nursery and Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our outstanding EYFS provision. The successful candidates will join our team and work effectively with the EYFS team.
At Sir Alexander Fleming Nursery and Primary School, we recognise the importance of EYFS and we aim to inspire and encourage children to become self-motivated, independent learners who actively use their engaging environment to develop their thinking skills and problem-solving abilities in a variety of purposeful contexts.
We are looking for a Nursery Teaching Assistant who will:
- Have the relevant Level 3 Qualification for Nursery
- Have a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- To consistently support individuals or groups of children
- Be an outstanding interactor
- To ensure that all agreed school practice is followed
- To support the teacher in creating/ maintaining a secure and positive environment, conducive to engaging children in their daily learning, celebrating diversity and success
- To promote positive working partnerships with children and parents
