We offer a wide range of career opportunities at every level of the organisation. From apprenticeships to senior management, permanent to fixed term contracts or part-time working, we have something for everyone.
The Royal Pump Rooms, Royal Spa Centre, and Town Hall are leading cultural venues located in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa. We are seeking people who are passionate about the arts to help us enhance our visitor facing offer and support our continually growing range of activity.
Arts Casual Duty Managers play an important role in daily operations across our properties, acting as a primary point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors when on shift. Arts Casual Duty Managers offer direction and support to a team of Visitor Experience Assistants and volunteers to make sure our visitor facing offer is delivered to an exceptionally high standard. The role is varied and involves working across theatre, cinema, museum, gallery, and events spaces.
As a casual role, hours will vary depending on operational needs and will include a mixture of weekend, bank holiday, and evening work. The successful candidate will be positive, confident, flexible, and willing to learn.
This post is based on site at the Royal Pump Rooms, Royal Spa Centre, and Town Hall and is not suitable for home or hybrid working.
