We are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join the Central Human Resources (HR) Department within our Multi-Academy Trust (MAT). The role is based at Oakley School, Leamington Spa, and will involve some travel between Trust sites.

The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Excellent ICT skills, strong organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Previous HR experience is not required, as training and support will be provided. However, applicants should have a genuine interest in administration and delivering a high-quality service.

We offer a generous LGPS, paid holidays and staff wellbeing support.

We are a well-established Multi-Academy Trust founded in 2017 which has grown steadily over the years and is still growing with a strong reputation in Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. You will be joining a dedicated team committed to ensuring all our students strive to “Be the best they can be”.

The trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
