We are looking for a flexible, empathetic and assertive individual to join the Housing Team as a Rough Sleeper Support Worker. They will have a positive attitude and be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the customer and the service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outreach support to individuals who are rough sleeping or vulnerably housed. Using a strengths-based approach, they will work proactively with a range of organisations to identify appropriate accommodation and support solutions for customers.
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months so we are looking for someone who is a fast learner with experience of working with individuals who are rough sleeping and facing multiple disadvantage.
