About Us

18 Tipton Road provides a safe, nurturing, caring, and stimulating environment for young people aged between 8 and 18 years who have complex needs and may be experiencing a range of difficulties including physical, sensory, and moderate to severe learning disabilities or complex social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.

The Role

Hours: 37 per week

Salary: Grade 6

We are looking to appoint a Residential Child Care Worker who will, under the supervision of a senior staff member, contribute to all aspects of the physical, emotional, and personal care of the child(ren) to promote their welfare while working in partnership with their family and other professionals. In the absence of a senior staff member, you will be responsible for the unit.
