Hales Valley Multi Academy Trust is a primary academy trust, based in Dudley, West Midlands. At Hurst Hill Primary, we pride ourselves on our warm, friendly welcome and our community, who work closely together for the good of the families and children we serve. We are looking to appoint a highly effective, energetic, experienced Office Manager who has the confidence and ability to be the key person in our busy school office. You will be appointed on Grade 6, working 35 hours per week. You will be employed on a permanent contract working 40 weeks per year. Actual salary range £22,324 to £24,751 per annum.
As the School Office Manager, you will have responsibility for the day to day running of the School Office functions and line management of other office staff. The successful candidate will be:
- An enthusiastic and approachable team player with excellent people skills.

- A highly effective communicator, with the ability to develop effective relationships.
- A bright, proactive, well-organised and committed individual with effective written and oral communication skills.
- Experienced in dealing with all aspects of school administration, health and safety and estate management.
- Someone with solid IT skills including experience of all Microsoft Office products.
