Stockingford Academy is seeking a SENDCo to lead and shape high-quality SEND provision across the school.

The post holder will shape strategic direction, oversee provision, and work with staff, families and external agencies to secure strong outcomes for pupils with additional needs.

You will model excellent teaching, champion positive behaviour for learning, and help create an inclusive, ambitious environment where all children feel valued and able to succeed.
