Are you a passionate and resilient teacher with the nurture qualification who is looking to make a real difference? We are seeking an inspiring Nurture Teacher to join our dedicated team at Shenstone Lodge, a specialist primary SEMH school committed to transforming the lives of children with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This is a unique and rewarding role combining classroom teaching, nurture provision, and outreach work, offering the chance to influence not only our pupils but also practice across our wider community.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Is a qualified teacher with a passion for SEMH and inclusion
- Holds the recognised nurture qualification and has experience of leading nurture groups
- Understands trauma-informed and nurture-based approaches
- Builds strong, trusting relationships with children and families
- Is calm, flexible, and solution-focused
- Can work effectively across both school and outreach settings

The successful applicants will receive bespoke training (depending on experience) to develop knowledge, skill sets, understanding and effectiveness. This ensures that we offer the best educational and pastoral support for our primary age students.
