Two exciting opportunities have arisen in the Health Improvement team. This busy team is very experienced, highly supportive, friendly and enthusiastic about what they do. We are passionate about working together to improve health outcomes for our residents and priority communities, focused on reducing inequalities.

We are looking to appoint two Health Improvement Officers who can provide project and development support, working with a range of partners and stakeholders to help implement and deliver preventative programmes of work.

Candidates should be dynamic and highly motivated and have experience of working within health and delivering projects. An understanding of our local population and neighbourhood health is sought.

Each role will initially have a particular area of focus:

  • Health Improvement Officer – Healthy Weight (2-year fixed term role)
  • Health Improvement Officer – Neighbourhood Health and Prevention (1-year fixed term role)
