The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust was formed by the Diocese of Coventry in 2013 and is now one of 1,200 Multi Academy Trusts in England. Our children, volunteers and staff come from all faiths and none, and the Diocese remains a key partner in all that we do. The Trust is now home to twenty-two academies spread across the Diocese of Coventry.
As a member of our Trust Leadership Team (TLT), reporting to the CEO and Board, the role provides strategic business leadership to our Trust with responsibilities across the broad operational areas of Estates, Health & Safety, IT, Compliance, Governance, Risk Management, Data Protection, Procurement, and Asset Management. This is an exciting opportunity to support, shape and transform key services crucial to delivering our vision: together, pursuing life in all its fullness. Many aspects of the role and sector can be learned; more important is the motivation to deliver school improvement, by living and breathing our values and being a positive change maker.
The successful applicant will be a highly skilled project and change manager, successfully predicting and delivering on plans relating to growth and realisation of our goals. The post holder will have a key role in developing, nurturing and managing relationships with internal and external customers. As well as having the operational skillset, applicants will have leadership experience and the ability to demonstrate effective teamworking abilities.
