The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Main/Upper Scale + TLR 2.1 Permanent, Full time Required for September 2025

You will be:

  • A passionate, experienced and dynamic leader who wants to go the “extra mile”.
  • Able to contribute to a culture of high expectations within this successful department and in the school.
  • A leader, not simply a manager who is able to develop a team of talented educators with a clear vision.
  • Able to teach to A-level or be willing to train to teach this key stage.
  • Able to manage the allocation of resources and spending within a budget throughout the academic year.
  • Able to work within whole school deadlines and ensure that whole school policy is maintained within the department.

An informal visit/tour is offered on Thursday 27th March at 4.00pm. Alternatively, a telephone conversation with the Deputy Headteacher can be arranged. Please book via email.
