Greenfield Primary are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our dedicated school team. Working under the guidance of the SENCO and classroom teachers, you will support pupils, including those with special educational needs, to access learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.
The role involves supporting individuals and small groups, promoting positive behaviour, assisting with learning activities, and helping to create an engaging classroom environment. Candidates should hold, or be willing to work towards, an NVQ Level 2 qualification. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives. This is a fixed term role to cover maternity leave.
Greenfield Primary School joined Dudley Academies Trust in November 2025 and has 280 children on roll.
