We’re seeking an exceptional Data Manager to join our vibrant secondary school community!

As our Data Manager, you will oversee student information systems, assessment tracking, and performance reporting, working closely with school leaders to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain the school’s MIS (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or equivalent)
  • Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting cycles, supporting timetabling, census submissions, and examination data
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on data systems
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data regulations
Ideal candidate:
  • Detail-oriented with a love of accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel and school data platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in an educational setting (preferred but not essential)
  • Collaborative spirit and commitment to student achievement
