Contracts Manager – Waste Treatment Position Type: Permanent Grade: 6 – £50,788 – £62,801 Consultation Grade: Subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week Role Overview To manage the development and implementation of the City’s Waste Strategy, including leading the procurement of the new contract. To oversee external service contracts, including waste disposal contracts with the City’s strategic partners, ensuring validation, monitoring, and effective operation of waste disposal activities. To lead the development of waste disposal infrastructure to meet the City’s future needs beyond 2020. Additional Information Interviews will be conducted virtually via video conferencing.
